Above is a Flash video player called FlowPlayer. It's a nice way to embed video directly into a website and I recommend that you use on the VCU School of Engineering page. There's a lot of good documentation on the FlowPlayer website (the link at the beginning of this paragraph) on how to customize the player to match your site.

To download any of these movie files, simply right-click the video box in the playlist and choose "Save Link As" in Firefox or "Save Target As" in Internet Explorer. They're actually a larger resolution than what's playing here and should play just fine in QuickTime Player.
